  • We not only accept children but welcome them. Our children’s menu offers classic, simple but flavorful dishes to suit all. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing children, so we can prepare the necessities.

    Please note if you require a highchair this should be booked as a guest in the party at the time of booking. For example, a table of 5 adults and 1 child in a highchair should be booked online as a table of 6.

    ARRIVAL
    We allow a 10-minute grace period for all reservations. If you anticipate arriving later than this, please contact us on 01736 794004 as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee that your table will be held beyond this time.

    CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
    We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or amendments to your reservation. To secure all bookings, we require valid card details at the time of reservation. No payment will be taken in advance. However, in the event of a no-show or if less than 24 hours’ notice is given for a cancellation, a fee of £25 per person will be charged. Reservations can be cancelled or amended via your ResDiary confirmation email or by contacting us at enquiries@ardorstives.co.uk.
