THE SUNDAY ASADOR

A lighter, summer take on a Sunday roast

Served every week 12 - 3pm

Two people clinking glasses of red and white wine over a table of food at a restaurant.

Our new Sunday Lunch, launching Sunday 7th June, is a relaxed, Mediterranean-style take on the traditional roast - built around fire, seasonality and sharing.

In Spain, an asador is a place centred on cooking over fire. It’s less about formality, more about great ingredients, generous portions and long, easy meals with friends and family.

At Ardor, that means fire-cooked mains like dry-aged beef, rotisserie chicken and Duroc pork, served with vibrant, seasonal sides for the table - grilled vegetables, salads, rosemary potatoes, aioli and salsa verde.

Simple, flavour-led food, made for slow Sunday afternoons.
