RESERVATIONS All reservations will be confirmed via email, provided that correct contact details have been supplied. For bookings of more than 12 guests, please contact us at enquiries@ardorstives.co.uk to check availability.
ARRIVAL We allow a 10-minute grace period for all reservations. If you anticipate arriving later than this, please contact us on 01736 794004 as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee that your table will be held beyond this time.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or amendments to your reservation. To secure all bookings, we require valid card details at the time of reservation. No payment will be taken in advance. However, in the event of a no-show or if less than 24 hours’ notice is given for a cancellation or reduction in guest numbers, a fee of £25 per person will be charged. Reservations can be cancelled or amended via your ResDiary confirmation email or by contacting us at enquiries@ardorstives.co.uk.
