RESERVATIONS

Your reservation will be confirmed via email, provided you have supplied the correct contact information.

For bookings of more than 12 guests, please email enquiries@ardorstives.co.uk to check availability.

ARRIVAL

We operate a 10-minute grace period for all reservations. If you expect to arrive more than 10 minutes after your reservation time, please contact us via 01736 794004 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, we cannot guarantee your table will be held beyond the grace period.

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

For tables of 4 or less we appreciate 24 hours notice to cancel or amend your reservation.
For tables of 5 or more at the time of booking, we will request credit card details to secure the restaurant reservation. There is no charge at the time of booking; however, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you wish to cancel or amend your reservation. Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, or in the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee of £25 per person. Restaurant Reservations should be cancelled via your ResDiary confirmation email or by emailing enquiries@ardorstives.co.uk.
